quality problem is caused by manufacturing defects, we provide free return and exchange service within 7 days from the date of

receipt, and bear the round-trip shipping costs.


2. Accurate measurement: In view of the particularity of custom furniture, we strongly recommend that customers provide accurate

house size information before placing an order, and fully communicate with our professional design team to avoid returns and

exchanges due to size discrepancies. If the size problem is caused by our measurement or design errors, we also provide free return

and exchange service within 7 days without affecting the secondary sales.


3. Personalized adjustment: If the customer is not satisfied with the color, material or detailed design of the furniture received

(not quality issues), we provide one free modification opportunity, but the customer needs to bear part or all of the re-production

and transportation costs. The specific costs will be determined through friendly negotiation based on the actual situation.


4. Transparent process: The return and exchange process is simple and clear. Customers only need to submit an application through

official channels and attach relevant proof (such as photos, videos, etc.). Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and

guide the completion of the subsequent steps. All return and exchange processing will be completed within 7-14 working days after

receiving the application to ensure efficiency and convenience.


5. Reserve rights: Please note that we may not be able to provide return and exchange services for non-product quality issues such as

damage caused by changes in customer personal preferences, wrong orders, or failure to follow the installation guide. However, we

will try our best to provide solutions, such as guiding repairs, purchasing accessories at a discount, etc., to maximize customer

satisfaction.
